Parking

Parking is complimentary.

1. From N. McDonald Rd., turn on to W. Field Rd.
2. At the first stop sign turn left on W. Cargo Rd.
3. Follow the signs to Aviation Day Parking.

Directions for transit:

1. Take BART to San Francisco International Airport
   • Remember, the Red and Yellow lines both stop at SFO. Depending on where your journey begins you may need to transfer to the Red or Yellow line and exit at the San Francisco International Airport station. If coming from the south peninsula or San Jose, consider taking Caltrain to Millbrae and transferring to the BART red line from there.
2. Transfer to the SFO Airtrain Blue Line towards Rental Car Center
   • Exit the BART platform by taking the escalator or stairs up towards Garage G. The escalator and stairs are near the middle of the station and flanked by a shiny metal art display to know you’re going in the correct direction!
     When exiting the fare gates, continue forward towards the SFO Airtrain Blue Line to the Rental Car Center.
3. Exit SFO Airtrain Blue Line at West Field Road Station
   • Ride the Airtrain one stop to the West Field Road station and exit the train.
4. Travel Northbound on West Field Road to Plot 12
   • Exit the Airtrain station by taking the escalator or stairs down. The walkway exits just north of the intersection of West Field Road and N McDonnell Road (US-101 parallels N McDonnell Rd). Walk northbound on West Field Road away from the intersection and away from US-101, following the signs to Alaska Airlines Aviation Day. The walk is approximately 0.5 miles, is flat, on a sidewalk, and takes approximately 10 minutes.
5. Return to BART in reverse direction.
   • At the end of the event, return to the Garage G/BART station by backtracking the same route to the Blue line at West Field Rd station. The only difference is that you’ll have to cross the McDonnell Rd to one of two stairways/escalators up to the platform. You the can ride the SFO AirTrain Blue line all the way around the terminals to Garage G/BART, or have the option to transfer to the Red lineat the Grand Hyatt at SFO station.
