Youth-to-Adult Ratio: To accommodate as many youth as possible, your group will maintain a 3:1 youth-to-chaperone ratio. All adults must be registered for security purposes. Thank you for your adherence to this request.
Yes, the Scouts of America need at least two chaperones per troop. All other youth groups will be allowed a 3:1 ratio of youth to adults. Please do not add more adults than what is required. We realize this is an event that is just as fun for adults as the youth, but it takes a lot of employee volunteers in a limited amount of space. This event is for the youth, please do not take spots as an adult that a youth in our communities could have taken.

A light lunch and beverages will be provided for the youth that are attending the event. We ask that chaperones refrain from taking a lunch but help yourself to snacks and beverages. If a youth has special food requirements, please bring your own lunch that meets those requirements.
Registration will close one (1) week prior to the event. If there is still capacity available, we will extend this deadline.
Groups already registered must finalize their attendee list two (2) weeks prior to the event. We will cancel any group registration that does not have at least 3 youths assigned. We understand that many groups register with the group leader and then add youth names later; just be sure to add the names before the 2-week mark.
(This excludes individual registrations not associated with a larger group.)
If you need to pick up your child, you’ll need to contact your child’s group leader or chaperone. Pick ups will be at the Parking area at SFO Airport. (See Map)
